Manvia, a company of Mota-Engil Group, is dedicated to providing maintenance services in buildings, environment, industry and energy, with more than 600 specialists located in Portugal and abroad, to face new challenges and support the growth of its activity, decided to modernize its business processes, associated with commercial activity, thus ensuring a better efficiency of the quality of services provided to its customer network.
To respond this ambitious challenge, Manvia advanced with the implementation of a new CRM project, with Microsoft Dynamics technology, led by the Bizdirect Solutions Team.
The introduction of CRM at Manvia resulted in a greater automation, standardization of a set of processes inherent to the commercial process, giving to the sales force a greater knowledge of their customer’s portfolio, such as:
_Management of the commercial process: creation of proposals, management of opportunities and orders;
_Registration and monitoring of customer requests;
_Implementation of approval workflows;
_Realization of satisfying requests.
